With an expansive reach spanning more than 170 public television stations and networks such as PBS, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Discovery Channel, History Channel, and National Geographic, Viewpoint's captivating narratives touch a staggering 84 million households nationwide.

In 2023, Viewpoint producers reached out to Integrated Projects (IPX) as part of their search for a standout entity to spearhead an episode on The Future of Real Estate. After several months of discussions with senior producers and writers, IPX was chosen from a long list of companies using technology in innovative ways. Integrated Projects stood out for its utilization of cutting-edge AI, diverse leadership team, and prestigious clientele including Squarespace, Twitter, Equinox, and Slack, among others.

Integrated Projects and the Viewpoint production team filmed the episode across two dates in November 2023, the first at Penthouse 45 in Manhattan’s Midtown West, and additional footage at WGBH Studios in Boston. Interviewees from Integrated Projects included Founder & CEO Jose Cruz Jr, as well as Applied Machine Learning Scientist Thomas Czerniawski, PhD. Joining the IPX team on camera were Joseph Zink, CEO of Atlantic Management, and Frank Forte, Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Lucern Capital Partners.

Given the educational aim of the series, the upcoming episode is poised to unravel the transformative potential of technological advancements in reality capture, which are enabling commercial landlords to adapt properties in response to new regulations on CO2 emissions, hybrid work, the global housing shortage, and increasing materials and labor costs.
