BIMIT is self-service BIM production that allows you to upload your registered point cloud and get a digital building model—in days, not weeks or months.
Any architect, engineer, reality capture specialist, or simply anyone with a 3D scan app on their phone can get BIM and CAD quickly and cost-effectively in standardized LOD200 BIM formats.
All BIMIT orders include the following (4) packaged file types by default:
1. 3D Model in Autodesk Revit (RVT 2020+)
2. 2D Floor Plan CAD (.DWG)
3. 2D Reflected Ceiling Plan CAD (.DWG / only included with the "MEP" scope)
4. 3D Model in .IFC
BIMIT is expected to consistently achieve the following production processing times (in hours). These hourly ranges start upon the time of receipt of the registered point cloud.
1 - 1000 ft²: 48 - 72 Hours
1,001 - 5,000 ft²: 72 - 96 Hours
5,001 - 10,000 ft²: 72 - 120 Hours
10,001 - 25,000 ft²: 96 - 120 Hours
25,001 - 50,000 ft²: 120 - 240 Hours
50,001 - 75,000 ft²: 168 - 264 Hours

Final deliverables will be sent to the email address provided during the order process.
BIMIT final deliverables are “true-to-scan” and rely on the accuracy of the point cloud generated from the scan device. We recommend using best scan practices in order to get the most out of your point cloud.
